Contrada Santa Croce is owned by Andrea Golino, an American Citizen of Sicilian origin.
Andrea inherited Santa Croce, an eleven-acre farm, at his father’s death in 1991.
The Lottizzazione (Subdivision) of Santa Croce comprises a total of seven acres of the original farm.
This has provided a total of nineteen lots, one of which is the original 250-year-old
Manor Farm House, which is home to Andrea and his wife, Joanna.
The other lots are being sold (presently all but 4 of the lots have been sold and construction has commenced on individual villas).
The remaining four acres of the original farm are zoned agriculturally and provide a buffer of pastureland and orchards for the Santa Croce Villas.
